The What We Carry Project

Hello all, and welcome to the What We Carry project.

What, you may wonder, is the What We Carry project? It is a look at the weight of words, or rather the words we give weight, and is a way, for anyone who chooses, to examine the words that have been heavy enough to bend us down, and the words that have been strong enough for us to stand on.

Below are four questions from which, I hope, two will be selected and answered by all who visit here. You may leave your name, or remain anonymous. You may give one word answers or one sentence answers, or you may give a full story--the choice is yours.

Finally, there is a question that I will not be asking, but will fill the comments below. It is a complex and simple question:
